Bio

Puddled is a grunge and alternative rock band from Baltimore and Philadelphia formed by Naomi Davidoff (vocals and guitar) and Kyle Balkin (guitar). Their debut EP recounts hard and soft vocal melodies, powerful drums (Jesse Hutchison), driving bass lines (Laura Banner), and swelling guitars of the ’90s.

Puddled’s 7-track EP speaks to transitional chapters of life and relationships, referring to both floating in heartbreak and leaning into motivation for new beginnings. Puddled (2024) was produced by Samuel Acchione and engineered by Mark Watter at Headroom Studios, known for his work with Alex G, Hop Along, and Thin Lips. Acchione contributed guitar and percussion to the release, adding dynamics and underscoring each track’s unique sentiment. The songs were mastered by Matthew Poirier.
